the midweek session
Please note that our Gravesend branch
has moved its midweek session from Wednesday 19:30 - 21:00
hrs to Thursday 20:00-21:30hrs

A very proud day at shiro- no Zen Ros passed her black
belt grading, making her the first lady Zen 1st Dan in
the North of England congratulations Ros this is the result
of twelve long years practice now you go from strength
to strength well done

evening 19:30 till 21:00 and Sunday afternoons 12:00 to
13:30 all are welcome and the first session is free come
along see how much you will enjoy it.

Shiro-no Zen judo are looking to raise funds in order to purchase
new Equipment any ideas for fund raising events or activities
would be welcome please forward to our email address or George or Neil.
so members and members parents if you need football cards
to sell just ask George or Neil and we will provide, but
any other method you can think of would be fantastic (as
long as it is legal) remember we are a none profit organisation
we need you!
