last wekend George and Neil were invited to essex to take part in the 10th budo tai kai april 09 by sensei Chris Moslin they and the boys would like to thank all for a fantastic weekend it was an honour to train with all you guys true masters of your arts

01/04/2009- Annual Budo Course 2009

Shiro-N0 Zen are very pleased to announce that the annual Budo course normally held in Nottingham will this year be held at our very own club, it will be run over Two days as in previous years but will be on the 24th and 25th of October, tickets can be bought for just one or both of the days and all participants must hold a current licence in their chosen art. For further information please contact either George or Neil in person or via the email. The prices and running order will be fixed at a later date but we will let everyone know as soon as is possible

18/02/2009 - Annual Budo course 2008

Well we did it again 20 of our finest travelled to Nottingham for the annual Budo course held on the 29th and 30th of November taking part in all types of martial arts from Judo and jujitsu to Balintawak we hope everyone who attended enjoyed themselves as much as we did and we at Shiro-No Zen would like to thank Gordon for organising yet another fantastic course, all the instructors that assisted in showing their own style and skills, we also pay our thanks to all those that just attended for their own pleasure both from Shiro-no and everywhere else all together you made it such an enjoyable occasion I no they took some time but i hope it was worthit the pics are here look in the media page

Shiro-no zen judo are looking to raise funds in order to purchase new Equipment any ideas for fund raising events or activities would be welcome please forward to our email address or George or Neil. so members and members parents if you need football cards to sell just ask george or neil and we will provide, but any other method you can think of would be fantastic (as long as it is legal) remember we are a none profit organisation we need you!
